@lorenb @gsapienza Going over the cellular download limit is catastrophically bad for Uberr in ways that it isn’t for Facebookk, etc. A huge percentage of people who are downloading the app for the first time do so on a cellular. We measured the effect of going over in a single slice, and it was 📉
